The first three meds requested will be provided. Your health information is on file at our office and accessible electonically. You need to complete the order form prior to clicking this payment button. If your order does not arrive it may mean it is not approved, or there is an electronic failure. Your payment may be reimbursed only with electronic failure of communication. We anticipate a turnaround time of 1 business day from the date of placement of order if placed before noon.
